D. Stephenson Construction provided Construction Management at Risk Services for the ADA Renovations at Miami Sunset Senior High School.  The exterior scope included restriped existing ADA parking stalls in staff parking area; new sidewalk and connector through grass area to the crosswalk at the entrance plaza to the school, provided new striped ADA parking stalls and ADA access to the cafeteria entrance.  The interior scope included renumbered and resigning entire school and updated FA and PA systems accordingly; provide new ADA hardware at doors in school; staff and student toilet renovations to be ADA compliant; upgrades to select cabinets in selected rooms to be ADA compliant.
