​​​D. Stephenson Construction is providing Design Build Services for the Miami Dade County Police Department Academy Building.  The project consists of the design and construction of a new classroom/training facility, consisting of approximately 15,300 SF of total constructed area.  Spaces include 6 training rooms (with movable partitions), mechanical rooms, storage, open and enclosed offices, group restroom and a conference room.  A parking lot for 70 vehicles is also included.  This new facility is being designed to attain LEED Silver certification.
