The scope of work included site, interior, exterior, building envelope, and MEP & FP. The project consisted of the renovation and fit-out of the First & Second Floors for educational programs that include the addition of a new internal stair between levels 1&2. The existing exterior egress stair required renovations and upgrades. The existing elevator cab received new finishes and upgrades. New mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection on Levels 1&2 supplemented limited existing conditions. The exterior of the building received upgrades and modifications to accommodate new canopies and awnings. Full site improvements, sidewalk, and limited utility modifications were included in the project.
