D. Stephenson Construction is providing Construction Management services for Berkeley Landing, a planned residential community in the City of Riviera Beach. This will be a Multifamily Residential destination community and will contain 110 affordable units and two additional market-rate units attached to ground floor live/workspaces facing Broadway. This development will be a showcase in the City’s “Reimagine Riviera Beach” effort as high-quality, affordable housing. The development includes a clubhouse, pool & cabana, fitness center, cyber lounge, covered pavilion, children’s playground, enclosed dog walk area, and public art including sculpture art to be installed in two civic plazas dedicated to the City along Broadway & Lake Shore Drive.
