D. Stephenson Construction, Inc. provided Construction Management at Risk Services for the new construction of the City of Coconut Creek Fire Station No. 50. This work consists of construction of an approximately 11,000 SF, 2- story fire station with two (2) apparatus bays, 8 dormitories, living areas and exercise area.
