vD. Stephenson Construction is currently providing Construction Management at Risk services for the new construction of this 14.5-million-dollar project. The scope of the project includes AR concrete block & tie beam with membrane roof structure, stucco, stone exterior, drywall partitions, LVT floor, carpet, and ceramic tile. This single-story facility consists of administration areas, meeting rooms, sleeping areas, a kitchen, dining room, laundry, restroom, showers, exterior exercise areas, garden areas, and a parking lot.
