D. Stephenson Construction is the construction manager for the construction of the new Fixed Based Operator (FBO) building for Jetscape at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport.  The project consist of a new 3-story, 25,000 SF terminal building and a 96,000 SF airplane hanger with approximately 67,000 SY of aircraft parking and taxiway access.  The terminal building includes a coffee bar, multiple lounges, customer service, conference room, administrative offices and rental suites for tenants.  The hanger includes space for airport storage and maintenance, additional rental suites, breakroom, restrooms and storage areas. This is our second project for Jetscape following the very successful completion of various improvements at their existing facility.
