D. Stephenson Construction in conjunction with Hunt and Moss provided Construction Project Manager Services for Southwest Airlines Terminal 1 Modernization Program.  The scope consisted of the new centralized TSA security check point, relocation of airline ticket counters and back offices, expanded structure, above existing baggage make-up area, to house the new concessions, TSA checkpoint and the connector between Concourses B and C, relation of existing concession areas and new concession area development, redesign of the two existing TSA security checkpoints, way finding  new elevators and escalators, new restroom cores, aircraft realignment study to maintain Gate 1 on Concourse B, new five gate concourse with Federal Inspection Station, new concession area, connector between the new Concourse A and the existing Terminal One, dual taxi way between new Concourse A and the existing Concourse B, new and revised aircraft layout and stripping, baggage claim devices for FIS and re-induction of passenger baggage, etc.
