D. Stephenson Construction provided Construction Management at Risk Services for the gymnasium/track renovation at Stoneman Douglas High School. The track is roughly 1 Acre in size. The scope of services included the conversion of track from asphalt surface to rubberized surface and from yards to meters as well as adding bleachers and improving drainage.
