D. Stephenson Construction provided Construction Management Services for Memorial Healthcare Systems Leeza Gibbons Memory Center. The Scope of Work for this project included renovating 4,000 SF of the existing Medical Office space at the Memorial HealthCare Facility located in Pembroke Pines. The scope of work included demolition of existing offices, construction of new patient treatment and diagnostic/exam rooms, conference rooms, and administrative offices. The existing lounge and bathrooms were expanded. Other services included new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceilings, cabinets, flooring, doors and windows. This project was completed in 4 weeks through a collaborative effort carefully coordinated with all key team members from D. Stephenson Construction, Memorial HealthCare Facilities Dept. and the Leeza Gibbons Memory Center Staff.
