All Aboard Florida Selects D. STEPHENSON CONSTRUCTION To Build Local Business
Coral Gables, FL (March 11, 2015) - All Aboard Florida has selected Fort Lauderdale-based D. Stephenson Construction, Inc. to construct the Argentelle Catering facility near its future Fort Lauderdale passenger-train station. The facility will be located on land owned by All Aboard Florida, just west of the Florida East Coast Railway. D. Stephenson Construction Provides Service For County's First Federal Stimulus Grant
The Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is the recipient of Broward County's first portion of stimulus money, intended to improve airline safety. D. Stephenson Construction is providing labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals on the $4.4 million project to replace the 20-year-old paving around concourses D, E and F. D. Stephenson provided the lowest bid among the nine firms who submitted for the project, coming in below the amount airport officials had expected. The grant for the project is part of a larger $1.1 billion appropriation that was set aside for airports as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. DSC has successfully completed a number of projects at the airport, including pedestrian bridges, the parking toll plaza, security checkpoints, and an addition and renovation of Terminal 4.
D. Stephenson Construction selected for Ft. Lauderdale Airport rehabilitation
Work is underway on a $4.4 million project at the Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport to rehabilitate the ramps three concourses. D. Stephenson Construction, Inc. is providing labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the rehabilitation of aprons for Concourses D, E, and F and pavement adjacent to and around these concourses at FLL.

DSC has successfully completed a number of projects at the airport, including pedestrian bridges, the parking toll plaza, security checkpoints, and an addition and renovation of Terminal 4.

D. Stephenson Construction to Remodel Broward College Building 22 Institute of Public Safety.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL March 20, 2009 D. Stephenson Construction, Inc. of Ft. Lauderdale has been awarded the addition and remodel of Broward College Building 22 that will house a new, highly technical training program for the county police force. The project includes renovation and expansion of the existing building into a new facility that includes eight multi-purpose classrooms, administrative offices, two tactical defense training rooms and locker room facilities, a crime scene evidence lab, a crime scene simulation lab, restrooms and a 22-lane weapons firing range. The center two-story portion is framed by two curved stair towers and has a curved roof to accommodate the vaulted training room inside. When completed the building, including the new addition, will total 61,000 square feet. The project cost is $8.5 million.
